Civils' primary focus is to ensure strategic management, development, oversight, and overall performance of Cayuse’s SLED practice areas are on track to achieve their goals. This role is responsible for the day-to-day operations focusing on the companies’ success. The position performs all duties and responsibilities in accordance with the Mission, Vision, and Core Values of Cayuse.
The Regional Vice President will serve as a key member of the CTC Division’s leadership team, responsible for the operational, financial, and clinical performance of assigned facilities across multiple states. This executive will oversee a large, complex, multi-site business with full P&L accountability, ensuring that strategic goals are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and regulatory compliance.
