Responsibilities:
- Lead global trial execution, overseeing project management and finance teams.
- Drive operational planning, resource allocation, and staff performance management.
- Represent project operations at client, business development, and investigator meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree plus 10 years' experience or diploma plus 15 years in a related field.
- Deep full-service project management leadership and coaching background.
- Significant financial responsibility including budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
