Responsibilities:
- Lead implementation of industry-sponsored clinical research and quality improvement initiatives from launch to completion.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, risk mitigation, and communication strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate steering committees, advisory boards, and stakeholder workgroups.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in public health, health sciences, or related field with 8+ years of experience.
- Proven experience with pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or healthcare industry organizations.
- Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Expected pay range of $120,000 to $140,000 per year.
