Manage all activities necessary for developing, implementing and maintaining continuing professional medical education programs. Identify and manage program volunteer planning committee. Oversee development of content and slide sets from the planning committee. Manage program related vendors and all program materials, ensuring compliance with AHA policies.

This role leads the planning, creation, and deployment of modular content tailored to platform behaviors, audience needs, and enterprise campaign goals and combines content leadership with channel expertise to ensure every piece of content performs across the full funnel, from awareness to action.

The American Heart Association has an excellent opportunity for a Part-Time Temporary Project Coordinator. This position offers individuals work experience in the growing field of e-commerce by supporting the American Heart Association's online store. The project coordinator will get hands-on experience helping select product collections and designs, developing email marketing campaigns, and managing a website on the Shopify platform.
