Responsibilities:

  • Lead the cross-functional development of strategic plans and implementation, serving as a senior subject matter authority.
  • Oversee budgets, resource allocations, and financial plans, optimizing financial and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee performance measurement and quality management frameworks, ensuring programs meet key performance indicators.

Qualifications:

  • Five (5) years of work-related experience managing subject matter experts and operations managers
  • Five (5) years experience in program development, planning and management.
  • Ability to influence leadership without direct authority.
