This role plays a vital role in fostering a connected and informed culture at Included Health. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Corporate Communications, this role will be instrumental in both the smooth execution of our internal communications program and enhancing cross-team collaboration. It will be a key player in creating compelling content, managing engaging internal programs and events, and optimizing our communication channels.
Oversee strategic outreach, content development, stakeholder communications, and public engagement initiatives aimed at improving awareness, accessibility, and impact of services for the military community. The O&E PM will manage daily operations, lead a cross-functional outreach team, and serve as the primary liaison to government stakeholders for all communications-related matters.
This role leads strategic employee communications that strengthen KnowBe4's culture and advance business objectives, serving as a trusted advisor to the C-Suite, Human Resources, and other internal teams while ensuring clear, consistent messaging across all internal channels. Responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive internal communications strategies, crafting communications for major organizational changes, and fostering two-way communication channels between leadership and employees.
Develop and implement strategic communication plans that enhance Carbon Direct's public image. Manage media relations, write compelling press releases, coordinate events to engage stakeholders. Develop crisis communications plans, monitor media coverage, and collaborate with marketing teams. Coordinate social media activity across platforms, showcasing key areas of strategic importance and expertise.
Lead the internal and external communications strategy, responsible for shaping the Procore narrative, enhancing employee engagement, and driving consistent messaging across all channels. Oversee all centralized corporate communications programs including media relations, executive communications, and employee communications.
