Hims & Hers is seeking a Director of Government & Regulatory Affairs to lead and execute its federal policy and regulatory engagement strategy, focusing on interacting with federal agencies, the Administration, and the White House to shape policies impacting the company’s business and industry, advocating for policies that support innovation, access, patient choice, affordability, and regulatory clarity.

Play a pivotal role in shaping the Company’s policy goals and advancing our mission by engaging with policymakers, regulators and industry stakeholders. You will manage and support our comprehensive government relations and public policy strategy aligned with Blink’s objectives to make prescription medications more affordable, build and deepen relationships with lawmakers, and advocate for policies that support access and innovation in healthcare.

The Director of Federal Government Affairs will lead Flock Safety’s engagement with federal policymakers, agencies, and key influencers by developing and executing a federal strategy to position Flock as a leader in public safety innovation while shaping policy, building partnerships, and advocating for initiatives that align with Flock’s mission and business goals.

Support Flock’s work on legislation and regulation of public safety technologies with a particular focus on federal policy and compliance with state-by-state regulations. Provide cross functional research support to the Legal, External Affairs, and PR teams, including both legal and criminology research. Join a strong legal team and report to the Director of Policy.
