Hims & Hers is seeking a Director of Government & Regulatory Affairs to lead and execute its federal policy and regulatory engagement strategy, focusing on interacting with federal agencies, the Administration, and the White House to shape policies impacting the company’s business and industry, advocating for policies that support innovation, access, patient choice, affordability, and regulatory clarity.

Play a pivotal role in shaping the Company’s policy goals and advancing our mission by engaging with policymakers, regulators and industry stakeholders. You will manage and support our comprehensive government relations and public policy strategy aligned with Blink’s objectives to make prescription medications more affordable, build and deepen relationships with lawmakers, and advocate for policies that support access and innovation in healthcare.
