As a Counsel, Product & Regulatory at Marqeta, you will help drive high-profile cross-functional initiatives across the business involving a variety of complex legal and regulatory issues, relating to managing risk for financial and payments products.
You’ll play a critical role in ensuring Kraken meets all AML/CFT obligations under applicable Irish and EU regulations and shape the company’s regulatory strategy in the EU, ensuring alignment with regulatory obligations across the region.
