We are seeking an experienced Head of Payment Operations to lead and expand Finix’s U.S. and Canadian partnerships with sponsor banks and card networks. This role is critical to strengthening relationships with key industry players, driving strategic initiatives, and reinforcing Finix’s position at the forefront of payments innovation. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in the payments ecosystem, a strong track record in high-level negotiations.

The Head of Customer Delivery will lead our growing team of Customer Delivery Managers (CDMs). CDMs own the post-sales implementation experience for Finix’s customers, ensuring exceptional delivery across payment acceptance and payout products. You will be responsible for overseeing a high-performing team that drives successful onboarding, solution delivery, and long-term platform adoption.
