About the Role:
- Compliance partner to Sales, Partnerships, and Underwriting for new merchants and sectors.
- Lead high-risk vertical strategy for gaming, gambling, and other regulated sectors.
What You'll Do:
- Develop underwriting standards and approval gates for high-risk sectors.
- Translate laws and network rules into clear guidance and playbooks.
What You Bring:
- 7+ years in payments compliance/risk, with merchant underwriting experience.
- Strong knowledge of card networks, sponsor banks, and KYC/KYB.
Compensation:
- $140k-$210k base plus equity and benefits.
