Director of Compliance

What You'll Be Doing:

• Set the strategic direction and long-term roadmap for Extend's regulatory compliance program, ensuring the function scales with the business.
• Serve as the executive-level owner for regulatory and licensing matters, and represent Extend in significant regulatory examinations and audits.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to embed compliance requirements into merchant onboarding, customer experience, and product workflows.

What We're Looking For:

• A proven, action-oriented compliance leader with significant experience in insurance, service contract, or regulatory compliance.
• Prior experience building and mentoring high-performing teams in a fast-paced tech or regulated environment.
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented operator with strong business acumen and excellent communication skills.
