About the Role:
- Chamber is hiring its first Director of Compliance to design and lead the compliance program supporting next-stage growth.
- Reporting to the General Counsel, this role spans regulatory, corporate, clinical, government programs, and IT/security compliance.
What You'll Do:
- Own compliance strategy, risk assessment, and governance, including state licensure, CPOM, and Medicare marketing requirements.
- Build internal audit functions, SOPs, policy review cadence, and incident resolution processes.
- Partner with clinical, product, data, and payer teams to embed compliance into AI-enabled workflows and new markets.
Who You Are:
- You bring 10+ years of healthcare compliance leadership with deep knowledge of HIPAA, AKS/FWA, False Claims Act, and CMS requirements.
- You have hands-on government programs experience and can build practical compliance programs from scratch.
- You operate with strong judgment, low ego, and a collaborative style across legal, clinical, security, and business teams.
