About the Role:
- Lead the execution and continuous improvement of Oscar's enterprise compliance program.
- Translate compliance priorities into operating plans and allocate resources.
- Advise senior leaders on regulatory developments and their effects.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee compliance investigations, hotline reporting, and fraud-prevention activities.
- Partner with leaders across Legal, Privacy, Security, Internal Audit, and more.
- Lead compliance education and awareness initiatives.
Requirements:
- 12+ years in healthcare compliance or related fields.
- 5+ years leading compliance teams.
- Experience designing effective healthcare compliance programs.
