Role Overview:
- Chamber is hiring its first Head of Compliance to build the compliance function for next-stage growth.
- Reporting to the General Counsel, you will design and lead a practical compliance program spanning regulatory, clinical, government programs, and IT/security.
- This is a high-leverage individual contributor role with authority to scale the function as the business grows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own compliance strategy, risk assessment, and governance cadence including committee preparation and reporting.
- Partner with clinical team to centralize compliance around care management and clinical program designs.
- Build and run an internal audit function with policy review cadence and risk monitoring.
