Key Responsibilities:
- Own clinical programming and quality strategy, ensuring adherence to evidence-based protocols.
- Partner with Product to design and test AI-enabled workflows and dashboards.
- Lead risk coding strategy and clinical documentation improvement to capture patient risk accurately.
What You’ll Achieve:
- Complete an assessment of current quality performance and identify near-term intervention opportunities.
- Support ongoing clinical programs and develop new program pipeline.
- Collaborate with Product to launch AI-enabled clinical workflows and provider tools.
Requirements:
- MD or DO (Cardiology, Internal Medicine, or related specialty).
- 3+ years of experience in clinical leadership or value-based care programs.
- Demonstrated success leading interdisciplinary clinical teams.
