We are looking for a licensed Telemedicine Neurologist to support our mission to radically improve access to high-quality brain health and dementia care! In this role, you will function as a collaborating supervisor for our Neurology Nurse Practitioners and other clinicians in applicable states. This position is a full-time W2 or 1099 independent contract role.

Provide full-time comprehensive, empathetic, and collaborative care to women, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of chronic hormonal and metabolic conditions via video visits and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. You will also complete training and adhere to company policies and best practices, promote preventative care, maintain patient records, and address patient inquiries.

The Medical Director role will be responsible for supporting the product through its life cycle for hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) via leadership, mentorship, and execution of the Medical Affairs strategic vision. Together with the Executive Director of Medical Affairs, this role will be responsible for supporting all relevant commercialization activities including launch activities for HS. This individual will play a meaningful role in engagement of the external medical community.

As a Hey Jane provider, you will provide medication abortion care to patients via Hey Jane’s online platform and will be responsible for reviewing patients’ medical intake responses. Medications are then prescribed to a mail order pharmacy and sent directly to the patient. Medical prescribers will be responsible for responding to medical inquiries from patients that require further medical evaluation.

The Telemedicine Physician will be responsible for providing virtual medical consultations to patients in New York. This includes diagnosing and treating medical conditions, prescribing medications, and providing ongoing support and guidance to patients.

The Medical Director will evaluate mental health disorders and advise, along with the clinical team, to develop appropriate treatment plans for clients. In addition to clinical oversight, this role involves education and professional development. The Medical Director will serve as a clinical leader and educator, meeting weekly with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and the broader clinical team to foster a culture of continuous learning.

As a Physician at knownwell, work alongside a team of committed physicians, APC’s, registered dietitians, registered nurses, registered pharmacist clinicians, and health coaches to provide comprehensive medical care, with a specific focus on the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of obesity and obesity related conditions in a primary care setting.
