Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient's needs and medical conditions
- Prescribe nutraceuticals and/or medications and monitor their effectiveness
Requirements:
- At least two years of experience practicing functional medicine and performing functional medicine specialty testing/labs
- Experience in functional and integrative medicine settings preferred
- Energetic and outgoing personality with a desire to help people
Licensing Requirements:
- Active Illinois Chiropractic license required to start employment
