As Senior Medical Director of Geriatric Psychiatry Services, you will shape and scale our national model of care for older adults with SMI, SUD and dementia, lead multi-state psychiatric teams, drive clinical quality and innovation, and help build a system that truly delivers on the Quadruple Aim. This is a leadership opportunity for a visionary psychiatrist.

The Physician works independently, primarily via video conference, providing palliative care for patients living with serious illness, supported by a team. Responsibilities include performing history and physical exams, ordering and interpreting tests, prescribing treatments, educating patients and families, and ensuring timely referrals to hospice.
