Seeking warm-hearted, board-certified physicians (MD/DOs) to partner with IMPaCT Care as Physician Partners to play a short-term, high-impact role, helping identify health conditions and care gaps, stabilizing medical concerns, and connecting patients to longer-term primary care solutions. Dedicate 5–10 hours per week to real-time telehealth visits with patients referred by CHWs.

Part-time contractor position with possible future full-time opportunities. Telehealth involves synchronous and asynchronous patient care via our app. You'll have a flexible schedule, defining your own hours, and the opportunity to lead and innovate, managing a panel of 250 patients. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team to produce exceptional patient outcomes, creating lasting and impactful relationships with patients and practicing autonomy with administrative support.

We’re looking for board-certified Gynecologists to help provide full-time comprehensive, empathetic, and collaborative care to women, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of chronic hormonal and metabolic conditions by conducting patient assessments and developing personalized treatment plans via video visits.
