The Director of Clinical Quality and Training will play a critical leadership role in ensuring the highest standards of clinical care delivery across Sprinter Health's clinical workforce. This position will oversee all aspects of clinical quality assurance, develop and implement comprehensive training programs, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and HEDIS quality measures.

As a Call Center Systems Administrator, your mission will be to design, optimize, and scale Sprinter’s call and support infrastructure so every patient feels cared for and every clinician feels supported. You’ll take ownership of core systems like Five9 (telephony/call routing) and Zendesk (ticketing/CRM), ensuring that clinical priorities and patient needs are reflected in every workflow.

Be the first line of support for Sprinters in the field via Slack, phone, and ticketing systems. You will troubleshoot real-time operational issues—everything from tech issues to supply hiccups to tricky addresses. Communicate clearly and empathetically, building trust and confidence with Sprinters. You will also track and document field challenges to identify patterns and process improvement.
