As a Care Navigator specializing in community resources, you will play a vital role in ensuring that patients receive comprehensive care by connecting them with relevant community services and by assisting patients in closing care gaps. The Care Navigator plays a crucial role in providing a positive, welcoming experience for patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer-service orientation, be passionate about patient care, and never hesitate to go the extra mile.
As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will set up clinicians for success and ensure patients receive high-quality care. This includes reviewing the next-day patient schedule to ensure all necessary registration information is up to date, working cross-functionally to validate data, and gathering missing documentation for in-home Sprinters or virtual providers to complete their visits. This role involves working alongside the nursing team to ensure proper follow-up care is received.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you are the first voice of Sprinter Health, so you must deliver flawless and timely support to customers across the United States. The day will begin by fielding overnight questions and supporting requests from customers and partners. You will handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails, related to patient interactions, clinical staff communications, and other inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional support.
At Sprinter Health, we’re always on the move—and we need someone who can keep pace by coordinating trips for our Sprinters (mobile phlebotomists and clinicians) as they crisscross the country. The Travel Scheduler will manage end-to-end travel coordination for Sprinters, including flights, hotel bookings, ground transportation, and itinerary management, serving as their primary point of contact.
Review, collect, and verify vaccination documentation for all new hires and current employees. Track compliance with required vaccinations and health screenings; ensure timely follow-up and renewal. Create authorizations for employees to obtain services through Concentra or similar occupational health vendors. Support and monitor workers’ compensation cases, including documentation and coordination with HR and external case managers.
As a Bilingual Patient Engagement Specialist (PES), you will be the first voice of Sprinter Health, introducing our company and our in-home, no cost health services to patients and encouraging them to make an appointment. With compassion and enthusiasm, you will interest patients in a visit from one of our mobile phlebotomists (known as Sprinters).
We’re looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial Travel Logistics Coordinator to optimize the logistics of our decentralized workforce that enables us to see even the most remote of patients. The role requires managing end-to-end travel coordination for Sprinters, including flights, hotel bookings, ground transportation, and itinerary management. You will act as first line of support for travel-related issues and maintain standard operating procedures.
