- Conduct audits of medical coding to ensure compliance with standards.
- Develop and deliver education to improve documentation quality and coding accuracy.
- Assist with internal and external audit preparation and response.
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to engage patients and schedule healthcare services
- Coordinate care across multiple services, ensuring successful scheduling, follow-up, and completion of care
- Identify and address social determinants of health (SDoH) barriers by connecting patients to appropriate community resources
- Field and resolve overnight questions and support requests from patients and partners.
- Respond to and triage inbound patient and partner questions via phone, email and SMS in a timely manner.
