As the AI Transformation Director, you will play a critical role in defining, driving and scaling the internal AI strategy across our go-to-market and operations teams. You will lead cross-functional efforts to identify high-impact use cases, deliver solutions to streamline internal workflows and enhance customer outcomes, and drive measurable efficiency and effectiveness gains.

Be a driving force behind the vision, strategy and execution of new and emerging business units. You’ll work cross-functionally with commercial General Managers, as well as Product and Technology leaders, to develop collaborative business strategies, analyze business performance and ensure delivery on critical initiatives. This role requires a strong foundation of analytical skills, as well as exceptional strategic thinking and project leadership to deliver on Fetch’s next wave of growth.
