  • Design, manage, and continuously improve a structured 90-day onboarding program that introduces new sales team members to sales process, product, industry, and culture.
  • Own the creation and maintenance of core sales content including playbooks, talk tracks, objection handling guides, competitive briefs, and process documentation.
  • Plan and run a recurring training calendar for the full sales organization, including live sessions, skill development workshops, and course-based learning.

  • Build and manage new relationships with residential DER partners across North America, owning the full sales cycle.
  • Deepen existing partner relationships and launch new programs in additional territories with new asset types.
  • Attend industry conferences and represent Voltus to residential partners through in-person meetings.

  • Own and scale the BESS proposal-to-operation toolchain, turning complex economics into competitive proposals.
  • Build with AI by extending agentic workflows and prototyping features across the full BESS lifecycle.
  • Partner with Sales, Energy Markets, and customers to define and ship features that accelerate battery deployment.
