Lead the end-to-end onboarding experience for customers, with a primary focus on transforming their investment data for our application. Work directly with clients, becoming an expert in our product and diverse alternative private investment data such as private equity, venture capital, commercial real estate, or private credit. A core part of this role involves gathering data from various sources and mapping it to the Juniper Square model.

The Sr Operations Software Optimization will be a pivotal member of the operations team, responsible for enhancing efficiency and effectiveness through the strategic optimization of software and systems. This individual will lead initiatives to identify, analyze, and implement improvements in operational software, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
