You will coordinate verification activities, ensure data quality, create client deliverables, and enhance the data and insights system. The role involves strategic development and stakeholder engagement in a remote-first environment.

Working closely with our engineering and product development teams by facilitating positive inbound and outbound communications with our customers along with related technical support activities. You will work on a variety of items such as incoming customer requests for information or assistance, outgoing communication to prospective customers to offer insight and education about our platform and technical tasks to configure setup for customers.

In this role, you will leverage your analytical expertise and business acumen to unlock the value of SmarterDx’s data assets, drive critical insights for both internal and external stakeholders, and deliver meaningful outcomes that strengthen customer trust. You will be embedded within the Customer Success team and partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to elevate our customers’ experience and optimize business performance.
