The Senior Product Manager will own, shape, and scale a new game-changing AI product, driving its commercial impact and industry adoption. This role involves deeply understanding user workflows, refining platform capabilities, and prioritizing initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes. As a Senior Product Manager for SmarterDx, you will play a pivotal role in the strategy, development, and enhancement of SmarterDx’s application. Your role involves deeply understanding both users and existing architecture and collaborating across teams to maximize the velocity of solving important user problems, enhancing decision-making, and solving business challenges. While ensuring that data is brought in cleanly, you will develop hypotheses on how to make that data more useful across the product ecosystem, working with engineering to test their validity.
We are looking for a product-oriented Staff Software Engineer to help us advance the use of our clinical AI by building a design system and component library for user-facing products. This role presents complex clinical data and insights in an intuitive interface; a track record working with product managers and subject matter experts is required to distill complex requirements into incrementally valuable plans to build well-tailored software systems.
Lead the integration design, development, and validation of robust, scalable interfaces between SmarterDx and hospital/health system customer EHRs (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, etc) during the implementation process. Manage end-to-end integration workflows, including specification development, interface mapping, configuration, testing, and go-live support. Improve operational efficiency through automating workflows, optimizing code, and streamlining processes.

Build, deploy, maintain, and monitor common AWS infrastructure with Terraform.Build capabilities using Kubernetes custom controllers in Go and deploy common libraries in Python and Typescript to utilize common data, observability, and monitoring systems. Ensure the security of our clients’ data by building secure patterns into the fabric of the system.
