Trilogy Federal is seeking an Integration Lead/Engineer to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), requiring a technical leader with expertise in system integration and healthcare interoperability. The role involves designing and implementing integration solutions connecting VA corporate IT systems, including legacy applications and DevSecOps-driven initiatives, in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

As a Remote Support Engineer, you will act as 1st line support by qualifying customer calls, finding a technical resolution to the application problem (including writing scripts & queries) and escalating to 2nd/3rd line when needed, ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.

As a Support Engineer, you will provide Level 2 customer support, triage issues, perform upgrades, and ensure cases are managed effectively, contributing to scaling medical predictions globally and improving patient outcomes.

In this role, the Senior Business Applications Analyst formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on user needs and understanding of business systems and industry requirements. They design, build, and test applications, analyze business needs, troubleshoot issues, and mentor less-experienced analysts, working at the highest technical level.

As a customer facing support expert, be solution focused and advocate for customers during high priority cases, communicating system behaviors internally and externally. The Technical Implementation Specialist conducts implementation activity, executing on the standard implementation methodology across Nextech’s suite of solutions, providing advanced technical services and support for Nextech Software Products, implementing technical features, issue investigation, creative problem solving, and training clients and internal staff.

Ensure customer centricity at the front lines of supporting our users by managing our support desk and communications, troubleshooting technical and non-technical inquiries, and building support documentation and workflow efficiencies. You will drive a proactive technical support function and provide a phenomenal user experience as we continue to scale.

The Client Implementation Specialist serves as the primary liaison between healthcare practices and internal teams, facilitating effective management, analysis, and exchange of clinical data. This role reduces operational burdens by providing technical expertise to health centers, ensuring alignment with reporting requirements, assisting with data extraction, and providing training on quality metrics.

Your focus is providing an exceptional customer experience while handling technical queries and providing solutions for our cloud-based healthcare solutions. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm while trouble-shooting simple to moderately complex system issues with customers and have a strong understanding of administrative tasks and workflows for long term care and medical facilities.
