This role supports and optimizes medical imaging infrastructure, ensuring seamless system integration. Focuses on reliable image routing and high system performance across PACS and healthcare IT systems. Involves troubleshooting workflow issues, leading onboarding of new imaging sites, and maintaining compliance through system updates and documentation.

• Design, implement, and maintain system integrations using HL7, FHIR, DICOM, APIs, and related standards.
• Support data exchange between PACS, RIS, EHR, dictation/voice recognition systems, and other clinical applications.
• Configure, test, and troubleshoot integration interfaces to ensure accurate data mapping, formatting, and transmission.

Design and deliver MuleSoft-based integration solutions. Build RESTful APIs and healthcare interfaces (HL7, FHIR, NCPDP). Implement CI/CD pipelines and champion DevOps best practices.

Provide technical support and expertise for complex software applications within a federal environment. Troubleshoot, monitor, and maintain production systems while collaborating with internal teams and government stakeholders to ensure seamless operation and regulatory compliance. Your work will involve configuring, patching, and updating applications, supporting end-users, and participating in technical assessments. Contribute to system improvements, document processes, and provide guidance on best practices.

This role involves developing and maintaining HL7 and FHIR interfaces with customers' systems, leading standardization efforts, providing technical expertise, and troubleshooting implementations to ensure reliability and compatibility; collaborate with developers and engineers to improve integration methods and assist in mentoring teammates in HL7 and FHIR.

Assist Aledade App users (internal and external) with technical issues as frontline support via chat, triaging tickets, and troubleshooting known issues with predefined steps. Main duties include assisting users via chat, triaging incomplete tickets, troubleshooting technical issues, and executing sub-tasks of projects under supervision from a senior team member.
