The Software Implementation Consultant will act as the principal liaison with the customer to implement best practices to drive optimized business outcomes for the customer within the Long-Term and Post-Acute Care (LTPAC) settings. The Consultant will build relationships with our customers to become the trusted advisor and counsel them on our solutions and recommended business practices.

Running product implementations, developing project plan and coordinating kickoff, product installation, validation, training, and go live. Educating customer resources on Arcadia’s technical implementation processes, product architecture / functionality, best practices around complex healthcare data integration and platform usage to drive quality improvement. Analyzing and managing cost / utilization, and improve risk adjustment accuracy.

This entry-level analyst position will provide the opportunity to become Epic certified in the Inpatient Procedure Orders module. Under direct supervision, the Inpatient Orders Analyst – Associate assists in formulating and defining systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with a basic understanding of business applications and industry requirements. Includes analysis of business and user needs, documenting requirements and revising existing application configuration as necessary.
