The Implementation Services Manager is accountable for the operational execution of the project plan for new customers or new projects specific to existing customers. They will partner with the client services organization to meet client expectations and revenue goals, as well as with any/all internal departments in support of the plan execution to include IT, product, product development, operations, finance, and training.

Reporting to Experian Health leadership, the Lead Client Technical Analyst is a subject matter expert around the products sold by Experian Health that are supported on the team they are on. This position will assist the Manager with training, quality assurance, escalations and other general tasks as needed within the team as well as taking on casework and projects as assigned.
Under the direction of the Epic Program Manager, the Epic Implementation Manager oversees Ambulatory applications, and is responsible for managing all aspects of future Epic implementations at Prime hospitals. The Implementation Manager will build relationships with hospital leadership to ensure corporate and local initiatives are incorporated into future implementations. After each go-live, the Implementation Manager will oversee a comprehensive handoff to the Production Support team, ensuring a successful transition of support for the hospital.
