Privia's Technology Integration team gets new providers up and running within the Privia ecosystem and provides ongoing IT support for providers and Privia teams. The team is responsible for coordinating all work related to a new practice joining Privia, serving as the 'quarterback' for all IT onboarding activities. The role manages concurrent IT implementation projects, onboarding process improvement, and leading interface integration projects.
Works independently on system technology projects to meet the business system needs for a (specified) client group including developing system design and interface specifications, identifying solutions to business needs and implementation of technology solutions. Scope of the job includes designing systems to support business requirements and enhancements to existing technology systems; design specifications to support business system changes; responsible for implementation by leading project teams, planning and coordination, client testing and training and ensuring smooth turnover of projects to client group.
The Epic Hospital Billing Analyst Specialist formulates and defines systems' scope and objectives based on both user needs, and a good understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. The role provides technical guidance on complex projects and recommend technology to solve complex business problems. The specialist will revise system logic or configuration, and serve as team leader for projects, also mentoring less experienced Business Application Analysts.
