The Citrix Virtualization Engineer supports and maintains Emory Healthcare’s large scale enterprise and cloud environment of virtual application and desktop infrastructure. Performing routine maintenance, monitoring system health, assisting with infrastructure upgrades, and contributing to platform-related projects. Taking part in an exciting time at Emory as we actively transition to Azure.

Provide customer support for IT related issues reported via the phone, email, voicemail and customer submitted incidents. Communicate courteously and effectively to ensure customer and service level standards are successfully met. Anticipate and proactively respond to customer needs, making sure reported issues are documented in detail and resolved or properly assigned. The Service Desk operates 24/7 365 days per year.

The Business Intelligence Analyst III (Epic Cogito focus) will be a part of the enterprise analytics team focused on clinical reporting. This role entails heavy customer facing duties communicating directly with the business on video calls/meetings/etc. as opposed to being a 'backend coder'. This position will largely focus on Epic Cogito clinical data model and will collaborate with both clinicians and operational leaders.

Uses technical skills and provides guidance in the development, implementation and maintenance of complex production information systems. Leads research in automation techniques to improve application performance and testing. Provides leadership in isolating and solving problems within application systems. Must be able to lead, engage and mentor others.

Manage the design, build, testing, validation, maintenance and ongoing support of Epic Hospital Billing applications. Works across interdisciplinary workgroups to accomplish set goals as a team and maintain positive business relationships with colleagues. Monitors and mentors other analysts in methods and processes and implementation of those methods. Manages complex projects independently.
