EPIC Analyst III (Beaker AP)

Overview:

• Support the build and optimization of Epic Beaker AP across laboratory and Digital Pathology environments.
• Act as a liaison between Pathology operations, IT, and procedural teams to ensure reliable workflows.
• Remote position requiring residence in select US states.

Responsibilities:

• Manage build, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting for AP workflows from accessioning to sign-out.
• Maintain instrument interfaces and specimen label printing for accurate tracking.
• Provide operational support and on-call coverage for Pathologists and lab staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years healthcare IT experience, or 7 years without degree.
• Epic Beaker AP certification preferred; required within 90 days if not already held.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
