Responsibilities:
- Triage all Tier 2 clinical calls from the IS Service Center.
- Address immediate customer needs so they can provide quality clinical care.
- Differentiate between software, hardware, and network issues for proper escalation.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 3 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare system environment.
- Epic certification preferred; must be credentialed in one or more Epic modules upon hire.
Work Environment:
- This is a remote position with a focus on supporting clinical users.
- Opportunity to enhance knowledge of Epic and other clinical applications.
- Identify trends to recommend targeted training opportunities.
