As an EaaS Analyst at Hummingbird, you will be responsible for providing managed services application support to clients, using your expertise in system configuration, workflow design, and application analysis. You will collaborate closely with client stakeholders to refine processes, address needs, and contribute to the development of best practices.

In this role, the Senior Business Applications Analyst formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on user needs and understanding of business systems and industry requirements. They design, build, and test applications, analyze business needs, troubleshoot issues, and mentor less-experienced analysts, working at the highest technical level.
