Your strategic leadership will directly unlock technology solutions for millions of people across Africa who've been excluded from traditional financial services. You will partner with our CTO to develop and execute technology strategy that scales across African markets, lead OKR setting, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration across distributed engineering teams.

Under minimal direction, the Lead Analyst designs, builds, tests, trains, and supports the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system within the Hospital Billing (HB) application and plays a pivotal role in the optimization and configuration of EHR system. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective utilization of Epic applications to enhance patient care and operational efficiencies.

Lead and direct technical and documentation project team. Execute and monitor project activities. Manage changes to scope, cost and schedule of project work. Coordinate priorities and resources between multiple projects. Prepare and update project plans and status reports. Provide updates and conduct operational meetings as in routine with customer and team leads. Facilitate sessions to effectively resolve issues.

Responsible for portfolio oversight, management and delivery of all investment related activities within the assigned portfolio, selection, prioritization and integrated delivery roadmap. Design Program controls for swift mobilization, delivery and value realization. Implement staff develop to ensure top performance. Provide operational leadership for programs. Consistently delivers against agreed investment plans across the enterprise.
