Lead a team of 30+ analysts and managers/architects focused on reliable operations and continuous optimization of clinical applications. Govern prioritization and delivery across inpatient service lines, including vendor management and cross-functional coordination. Drive strategic initiatives such as Epic optimization, Hanover Hills Hospital and Neighborhood Hospitals program work, ambient listening pilots for nursing, artificial intelligence solutions, and medication safety enhancements.
