The Senior ERP Systems Manager is a critical subject matter expert for the organization's enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, with a primary focus on Workday. This role ensures the ERP systems align with strategic business objectives, particularly for Human Resources (HR). The manager will be heavily involved in a multi-year Workday implementation, migrating from our current system Paylocity, and will be responsible for helping to manage the super user community and providing best practices to ensure optimal system usage and adoption.
Looking for a skilled Workday Senior Application System Analyst to formulate and define system scope and objectives based on user needs. This role involves devising or modifying procedures to solve complex problems, preparing detailed specifications, and analyzing system logic. The ideal candidate will work at the highest technical level of all phases of applications systems analysis activities.
As the Manager, People Technology Integrations, you will own the integration strategy for the People organization, transforming how we deliver technical services. You will influence leadership on new ways to drive efficiency, compliance, and productivity through the platforms managed. You will build scalable processes, partner with Information Security to protect our data, and identify creative solutions that accelerate delivery through automation and smart design.
This individual serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity. They will maximize efficiency by analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities as well as systems administration and maintenance, evaluation of functionality, design and configurations, testing changes, report writing and development of integrations between systems both internal and external.
