The Senior Workday Systems Analyst serves as the Common Configurator for Workday Human Capital Management (HCM), Workday Financials (FDM), Supply Chain, Security, Integration and Core. This role will focus on Workday Integration development, monitoring, and support providing end-user assistance across HCM, Financials, and Supply Chain modules. This role is critical to ensuring seamless data flow between Workday and external/internal systems.

The Workday Reporting Analyst will join our Workday Financials implementation team to provide ongoing support post–go-live. This role is critical to ensuring accurate, insightful, and actionable reporting across our multi-state nonprofit healthcare system. The Workday Reporting Analyst focuses on designing, building, and maintaining Workday reports and dashboards to enable data-driven decision making.

The Global HRIS Analyst is responsible for all aspects of configuration and support for Compensation & Benefits workstreams within Workday, our primary Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) platform. You will play a key role in ensuring system efficiency, reliability, and alignment with the organization’s goals by managing and optimizing our HRIS across countries.

The Team Lead, Workday Administrator is responsible for supporting the implementation, maintenance, and overall administration of our HRIS platform in areas such as HCM, payroll, talent, attendance, benefits, compensation, and people analytics. This role works in partnership with cross-functional teams to ensure our HRIS platform provides a smooth end-to-end experience for all colleagues.

Be a key player in elevating user experience, enhancing compliance, and embedding emerging tech like AI into Workday. As part of our team, you will influence systems that empower precision in medical robotics and industrial automation.

The Workday System Analyst role will focus on Workday HR Administration, configuration, and support across the HCM workstreams for our international locations, including Canada and Mexico. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting complex, bilingual (English/French) HR environments and navigating regional compliance, tax, and benefits requirements. This position ensures data integrity, optimizes HR processes, and provides responsive support to local HR teams to enable smooth day-to-day operations within Workday.
