As a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant, you are a trusted advisor to our clients' senior stakeholders, leveraging deep expertise in business process optimization and the ServiceNow platform to design and guide the implementation of solutions that drive meaningful business transformation. You will be a key leader in client communication, responsible for leading discovery workshops, analyzing and documenting business processes, and translating complex requirements into detailed user stories.

Lead specific parts of Acumatica projects while continuing to expand Acumatica expertise and consulting skills to drive successful implementations and delight customers. Consultants will work on new client implementations including requirements gathering, configuration, training, testing, and go-live activities. The Senior Consultant may also lead workstreams and mentor or coach less experienced team members.

As a Senior Platform Architect, you will advise customers on establishing a technical foundation in the ServiceNow Platform and designing solutions that deliver outcomes. This role ensures customers use leading practices around instance strategy, technical governance, core data, integrations, and platform health, guiding ServiceNow, partner, and customer teams to provide architecture for long-term success.

The Business Central Consultant will play a key role in delivering high-quality implementations and driving client success across Enavate’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) projects. This hands-on role is responsible for leading solution design, configuration, and client engagement from discovery through deployment — ensuring projects deliver measurable business outcomes.

The Software Implementation Consultant will act as the principal liaison with the customer to implement leading practices to optimize workflows and drive business outcomes within the Long-Term and Post-Acute Care (LTPAC) settings. The Consultant will be diligent, customer focused, agile, transparent and a strong communicator. This individual will build relationships with our customers to become the trusted advisor.

Serve as a trusted partner to clients, bringing first-hand experience, unique perspectives, and functional knowledge to deliver tailored, integrated solutions. Manage projects through all phases, from evaluation to implementation, across organizational, process, technology (financial systems), and data dimensions. Lead hands-on development and testing throughout OneStream implementations.

Serve as a critical advisor to business and IT stakeholders, guiding strategic technology decisions and analyzing market offerings. Ensure the sourcing strategy is effective and future-proof, working across transformation projects with high visibility and tangible business impact. Act as an internal advisor on IT strategy, procurement options, and solution fit, contributing to major transformation projects and evaluating build vs. buy scenarios.
