In this varied role, you will take over functional responsibility for the SAP FI/CO modules in national and international projects and ensure technical feasibility. This involves implementation and further development in all project phases, participation in Fit2Standard workshops, analyses, optimizations, redesigns and implementations of customer-specific processes and solutions in the area of FI/CO, and support in the establishment and further development of strategically important topics & innovations.

As an ERP Software Client Services Consultant II, you will be a key member of our Client Services Team, helping customers across the U.S. and Canada gain confidence and proficiency in using QFloors software by blending technical support, consulting, and customer service. You'll assist users in solving problems, provide training, and help ensure they receive long-term value from their QFloors experience.

Implement Blue Link ERP software for small to medium-sized businesses across Canada and the U.S. Work remotely while occasionally traveling for onsite customer implementations and attending in-person team meetings. Train users at all levels on effective use of the software. Consult with clients to align their business procedures with ERP solutions and support process improvements.
