Serve as a key business partner to Sales Leadership and Account Executives driving operational efficiency across sales planning, territory management, and pipeline governance, while also driving automation efforts and enforcing internal rules of engagement. Chainguard is seeking a highly motivated SLED Reseller Manager to develop and lead strategic reseller partnerships that drive adoption of Chainguard across State and Local Government and Higher Education (SLED) Institutions; you will be expanding the SLED market presence by building and managing a high-impact network of value-added resellers.

Assess a prospect’s technical requirements and apply extensive knowledge of Chainguard products to illustrate how a deal will satisfy the client’s unmet needs. Cultivate relationships with decision-makers at all levels of an organization and negotiate the competing needs of multiple stakeholders within an organization. Secure technical wins using methods such as demos, RFP/RFI responses, lead POVs, partner with engineering for requested features, and participate in conferences and industry events (when applicable).

This role involves leveraging HR technology to improve the employee experience, streamline operations, and drive data-driven decision-making; owning, optimizing, and expanding critical systems in a fast-paced environment. The HRIS Manager will ensure HR systems and data infrastructure are accurate, efficient, and set up for long-term success, supporting strategic objectives.

Engineer and deploy clever controls to prevent security incidents, lead incident response efforts, and integrate security best practices. Conduct security assessments and penetration tests. Automate detection and response workflows to stay ahead of emerging security threats. Responsible for on-call rotations and contributing to the security of cloud-native environments.

We’re looking for a highly motivated Public Sector Account Executive with Federal knowledge and experience building relationships with key decision makers to evangelize Secure Software Supply Chains. You will play a key role in establishing a presence within Federal customer accounts and be passionate about being a business owner and the customer’s experience.

As a Senior Technical Support Engineer, you'll resolve complex technical challenges, improve customer experience, triage issues, investigate, manage, and resolve complex issues related to Chainguard Images. You'll also escalate issues to the Engineering team as needed and provide timely communication to customers.
