Updater is seeking an experienced Events Coordinator to oversee how their brand comes to life at trade shows, conferences, and client events. The role involves end-to-end planning and execution of all B2B events, from pre-show logistics to on-site coordination. The coordinator will collaborate across teams and play a critical role in how Updater is presented to the industry.

As Senior Events Manager at Jane, you’ll design and execute an events strategy that strengthens Jane’s presence in the EMR and clinic management space. Leading a dynamic team of four, you’ll create experiences that feel human, helpful, and delightful—helping us connect with our customers and the broader health and wellness community in meaningful ways. This role is all about bringing Jane’s brand to life and fostering delightful connections.

Support the team in growing and nurturing Forbes’ communities, while managing and analyzing community data. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for community-driven growth, event marketing and data strategy. This role will be hybrid/remote based in the NYC metro area.
