Director, Neurology - Thought Leader Liaison (Central)

About the Role:

• This remote position requires up to 80% travel and residency in the Central area (IA, IL, MI, MN, NE, OH).
• As Director, TLL, you'll build meaningful partnerships with leading Medical Experts and serve as a trusted advisor.
• You'll bring external perspectives into critical business decisions and advance innovation in neurology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning and execution of Medical Expert engagements to generate insights supporting strategic priorities.
• Drive external engagement around essential tremor, emerging clinical data, and treatment paradigms.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Commercial, and Market Access to shape strategy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years in Thought Leader engagement, field marketing, or related pharmaceutical roles.
• Neurology or specialty therapeutic area experience strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills with commitment to compliance.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annualized base salary of $245,000 - $265,000 USD.
