Director, Medical Science Liaison

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing regional MSL team, establishing clear expectations around scientific excellence, compliance, and performance.
• Translate medical strategy into effective field execution, ensuring consistent and high-quality scientific engagement across assigned territories.
• Oversee territory planning, stakeholder prioritization, and deployment of field medical resources to maximize impact.

Scientific Engagement:

• Ensure timely collection, synthesis, and communication of actionable insights from the field to inform clinical development and educational planning.
• Maintain awareness of emerging scientific evidence, changes in the treatment landscape, and competitive developments in CNS.
• Support regional and national medical education initiatives, advisory boards, and scientific congresses.

Collaboration and Growth:

• Partner with Clinical Development, Market Access, and other cross-functional teams to align field activities with organizational priorities.
• Contribute to Medical Affairs processes, training programs, and performance metrics.
• Support strategic growth of neuroscience and mental health programs.
