Job Overview:

  • Oversee territory planning, stakeholder prioritization, and deployment of field medical resources.
  • Ensure timely collection and communication of medical insights from the field to inform clinical development and education planning.

Candidate Profile:

  • Advanced scientific training (PhD, PharmD, PMHNP, MD) with at least 3 years of MSL experience.
  • Proven field medical leader with experience managing direct reports and cross-functional relationships.
  • Preference for background in neuroscience, psychiatry, or psychology, and experience in pre-commercial environments.
