Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of disease-state and product-specific materials and the omni-channel scientific communications strategy.
- Oversee the development of standard and custom responses to unsolicited requests and create internal Medical Information resources.
- Lead publication strategy and execution for clinical and nonclinical data including manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and presentations.
Qualifications:
- Advanced medical or scientific degree required: MD, PharmD, or PhD.
- 12+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech Medical Affairs experience, including 7+ years in Medical Communications.
- Experienced leadership in building and leading a communications team.

- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a focus on fostering empowerment and accountability.
- Proven strength in project management, consistently delivering multiple workstreams on time and with quality.
