Key Responsibilities:
- Develop systems and processes to support an integrated Medical Affairs function across investigational and marketed products.
- Build and execute a cohesive medical education and information strategy, including HEOR models.
- Hire, lead, and coach a high-performing Medical Affairs team that promotes excellence and accountability.
Qualifications:
- MD, PhD, or PharmD, or equivalent advanced degree in life sciences or medicine.
- At least 10 years in medical affairs or clinical research, with 8 years leading a Medical Affairs function.
- Deep expertise in scientific communications, external expert engagement, and medical strategy.
Compensation:
- Full-time salary range of $300,000 to $360,000, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual performance bonus.
- Benefits include 100% employer-paid Medical, Dental, and Vision, 401k matching, and equity.
