Vice President, Medical Affairs

Role Overview:

• This is a senior executive leadership role responsible for defining and driving the global medical affairs strategy across both investigational and marketed products.
• You will serve as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, shaping scientific, clinical, and medical direction in close collaboration with development, regulatory, commercial, and business teams.
• The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on scientific engagement, requiring active interaction with key opinion leaders, external stakeholders, and internal cross-functional partners.

Key Accountabilities:

• Build, lead, and scale the global medical affairs organization, including hiring, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
• Define and execute global medical affairs strategy for both investigational and commercialized products across therapeutic areas.
• Provide strategic medical leadership to cross-functional teams including clinical development, regulatory, commercial, and business development functions.

Requirements:

• Advanced degree in life sciences (MD, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent; strong preference for clinical/scientific training).
• 15+ years of experience in the life sciences industry, including at least 7 years in medical affairs leadership roles.
• Proven experience in biotech or pharmaceutical environments, ideally spanning both large and mid-sized organizations.
