The Senior Translational Medical Scientist plays a key role in advancing Natera’s oncology pipeline by partnering with clinicians, product managers, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to apply genomic data in improving healthcare outcomes. This role primarily supports the development of products for early cancer detection, with secondary responsibilities that include participation in translational initiatives aimed at optimizing circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) testing and informing clinical decision-making in both solid and hematologic malignancies.

The Senior Principal Statistician will be responsible for protocol development and statistical analysis plans for assigned studies providing statistical oversight to studies and ensuring adequate quality and consistency with project requirements. Additional responsibilities include assuring data accuracy and timeliness of statistical input into reports or decisions and effectively mentoring peers, managing activities of statisticians across projects.
