What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage a team of MSLs in the West region, driving scientific exchange and KOL relationships.
- Develop territory medical plans and ensure alignment with medical affairs objectives.
- Foster a culture of accountability and proactive skill development within your team.
Who You Are:
- An advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) with 3+ years field medical experience and a track record of leadership.
- A rare disease or cardiology/neurology expert with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Able to travel 50-60% and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
