• Serve as a primary field-based scientific subject matter expert supporting Medical Affairs and Market Access.
• Build, cultivate, and enhance professional relationships with key payor and population health decision makers.
• Provide timely, accurate clinical, scientific, and economic updates—proactively or in response to unsolicited requests.

• Lead and develop a high-performing regional team of Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs).
• Translate Medical Affairs strategy into effective field execution and scientific exchange.
• Act as a strategic partner to internal cross-functional teams to align on priorities.

• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals within assigned region.
• Primary point of contact for field medical and scientific inquiries.
• Serve as subject matter expert at key medical and scientific conferences.

• Support senior leaders and team and serve as a flexible resource across Medical Affairs projects.
• Manage schedules, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, travel arrangements and expenses.
• Assist with the preparation of presentations, and other materials as needed.

• Design the U.S. field sales strategy for lorundrostat, aligned with brand positioning, access strategy, and market dynamics.
• Lead all aspects of field force hiring, including Regional Directors, District Managers, and Sales Representatives.
• Drive performance against launch goals through disciplined execution, field engagement, and data-driven decision making.

• Lead cross-functional publication teams to develop, manage, and implement publication plans.
• Provide writing and editorial support for abstracts, posters, manuscripts, and other publications.
• Utilize AI and digital technologies to optimize publication workflows and processes.

• Lead the overall accounting function, including general ledger, accounts payable, payroll accounting, revenue, inventory/COGS, fixed assets, and equity compensation.
• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP and company policies.
• Build, lead, and develop a high‑performing accounting team, providing coaching, clear objectives, and career development opportunities.

• Deliver high-quality, impactful scientific content that support both internal stakeholders and external stakeholders.
• Leverage digital, omnichannel tools, and AI-driven solutions to innovate and enhance Medical Communication strategies.
• Contribute to medical congress activities, as needed, including support for booth content, scientific content and session coverage.

This role drives collaboration across academic institutions, professional societies, patient advocacy organizations, and other key external stakeholders. Ensures that actionable insights, scientific data, and real-world evidence shape how Mineralys advances its mission. Develops and executes a cross-functional coordinated engagement strategy that strengthens Mineralys’ scientific leadership in cardio-renal-metabolic disorders.
