  • Prepare and record monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules for assigned balance sheet accounts.
  • Prepare period-end accruals for clinical trial activities, operating expenses, and maintain supporting documentation for audits.
  • Review vendor invoices for appropriate coding and approval, maintain prepaid expenses and fixed asset schedules, and support financial reporting and internal controls.

  • Own ongoing skills and capability development for the field organization, including coaching frameworks and leadership development curricula.
  • Build field reinforcement tools and ensure launch readiness for the sales force ahead of product launch.
  • Partner with sales leadership and analytics to diagnose skill gaps and track performance effectiveness.

  • Own the design and delivery of the new hire sales academy, including disease state, product, competitive, and selling skills curricula.
  • Serve as the primary Sales Training liaison to Marketing and Medical Affairs for the review and professional promotion of field-facing training materials.
  • Lead the planning and execution of large-scale field meetings, including the product launch meeting and national sales meetings.

  • Lead the development of disease-state and product-specific materials and the omni-channel scientific communications strategy.
  • Oversee the development of standard and custom responses to unsolicited requests and create internal Medical Information resources.
  • Lead publication strategy and execution for clinical and nonclinical data including manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and presentations.

  • Support the design, execution, and optimization of patient access, affordability, and HCP support programs.
  • Manage day-to-day activities with patient services vendors, ensuring compliance and scalability.
