  • Own the development and execution of Brand Communications strategy, including disease awareness, market shaping, and launch narrative across HCP, patient, advocacy, media, and scientific audiences.
  • Drive disease-state education and awareness programs, including unmet-need storytelling and pre-launch market seeding across HCP and patient audiences.
  • Build and operate a real-time flag-and-act capability for brand-relevant media, social, advocacy, and competitive moments, including monitoring, tiered escalation, and rapid approval protocols.

  • Serve as the primary legal advisor to Commercial and Medical Affairs, providing strategic counsel on pre-launch and launch activities.
  • Lead legal review of promotional and medical materials, and advise on interactions with HCPs, payors, and government entities.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements while supporting corporate legal matters and business development initiatives.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals within assigned region.
  • Serve as subject matter expert at key medical conferences, advisory boards, and internal meetings.
