Plays a key role in the design, implementation, and administration of Fulton Bank's employee benefits programs. This role will analyze and optimize Fulton's offerings, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide strategic insights into programs and utilization to enhance Fulton's Total Rewards package. May mentor and train other staff members.

This person will play a key role in our overall recruiting process as part of an inclusive, dynamic, and engaging team. You will collaborate with the firm’s recruiters and business stakeholders to drive the hiring process forward while ensuring a seamless all-around recruiting experience, both internally and externally.
