Assist with patient care under the direction of physicians. Prepare patients for office visits and procedures. Preforms a variety of patient care activities , such as vaccine /medication administration , phlebotomy, and point of care testing.

Performs independently in the technical management of implanted cardiac pacemaker and ICD devices. Manages device patients and their care implementing treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other device team members. Performs device clinic triage including patient instruction and education regarding device and remote monitoring.

Ensuring accounting operations run smoothly. Preparing and recording financial activity for assigned entities, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting. Performing monthly balance sheet reconciliations, including cash, and investigates and resolves variances and discrepancies.

Serve as a liaison between HR end users and Information Services to ensure effective system communication and functionality. Utilize advanced knowledge of HR Business Intelligence and Human Resource Systems to support and improve HR operations. Create custom reports that include HR data, enabling further manipulation in tools like Microsoft Access and Excel.
