The Enterprise Business Capabilities (EBC) Training & Adoption Coordinator is responsible for coordinating training materials, correspondence, logistics and evaluations for instructor-led and online learning of the EBC technology and associated business processes. As a subject matter expert (SME), may deliver instructor-led EBC work processes and technology training to leaders, managers, supervisors and staff.

With a strong customer service orientation, expert in analysis, design, implementation and support of new information systems and changes to existing information systems and a high degree of autonomy to understand and capture business needs and to develop requirements and detailed specifications for moderately complex applications.
