Overview:
- This role supports Legacy Health's mission by optimizing human resource systems for employees and the organization.
- You'll collaborate with HR and IT colleagues to develop solutions that meet end-user needs.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate system testing, upgrades, and modifications, and administer system security.
- Lead special assignments and act as a project team leader for HR analysts.
- Collaborate with Payroll and Management Audit on HR data.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, computer science, business, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum five years' experience with complex HR/payroll databases.
- Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills.
